Individual Outpatient Therapy
Individual outpatient therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore life’s challenges, process emotions, and build skills for coping and growth. In our sessions, you will be met with compassion, acceptance, and encouragement as we work together to understand your experiences, strengthen resilience, and support meaningful change at your own pace.

Supervision for Provisionally Licensed Clinicians
I provide supportive, individualized supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians seeking to meet state requirements for full licensure. In a collaborative and nurturing environment, clinicians gain real-world experience working with clients in an outpatient setting while also learning the administrative skills needed to run an individual private practice. Throughout this process, I offer guidance, encouragement, and compassionate feedback to help clinicians grow into confident, skilled, and well-rounded practitioners.
Therapeutic Approaches Used

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps the mind and body process experiences that feel overwhelming or unresolved. Within a space grounded in empathy and openness, we work together to reduce distress and strengthen your capacity to move forward with greater ease and confidence. This approach emphasizes patience and reassurance, helping you feel supported throughout the healing process.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT supports individuals in managing intense emotions, developing effective coping strategies, and improving interpersonal relationships. In our work together, I offer a steady and encouraging presence, supporting self-acceptance while exploring practical ways to create meaningful change. This approach values honesty, persistence, and recognition of progress at every stage.

Attachment-Based Therapy
Attachment-based therapy offers a supportive environment to explore how early relationships influence the way you relate to yourself and others. Through openness and genuine care, we work together to strengthen emotional safety, deepen trust, and promote healthier connections. This approach honors your innate need for belonging, security, and emotional insight.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS recognizes that each of us is made up of different internal “parts,” each with its own emotions, motivations, and needs. Together, in a space of curiosity and respect, we approach these parts with care and attentiveness. By developing a healthier relationship with your inner world, you can foster greater self-awareness, healing, and balance among all aspects of yourself.

Person-Centered Therapy
Person-centered therapy is grounded in the belief that each individual has an innate capacity for growth and healing. Within a space defined by empathy, authenticity, and nonjudgment, we work together at a pace that feels right for you. This approach emphasizes deep listening and emotional understanding, supporting greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and movement toward meaningful, self-directed change.

Faith-Based Integration
In our work together, I am committed to providing mental health support that is both clinically sound and deeply respectful, while also integrating your Christian faith if that is meaningful to you. I honor the role faith can play in emotional healing, inner strength, and personal growth. When appropriate, I can incorporate faith-based perspectives, prayer, or spiritual reflection into our work. My goal is to support you in a way that aligns with your beliefs, enhances your coping abilities, and supports your overall well-being.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
In our work using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we partner with those we support to gently explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping individuals feeling stuck and begin to shift those patterns in a way that feels realistic and supportive. We focus on building practical skills—like reframing unhelpful thoughts and trying new behaviors—that can bring relief and create lasting change. Our goal is to help those we support feel more empowered, grounded, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we support individuals in learning how to relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions. Rather than fighting or avoiding these experiences, we work together with those we support to create space for them with compassion and curiosity. At the same time, we help individuals reconnect with what truly matters to them and take meaningful steps in that direction. This approach fosters greater self-acceptance, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose in daily life.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
In Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), we take a hopeful and forward-looking approach, focusing on what’s already working and how to build on it. We collaborate closely with those we support to uncover strengths, past successes, and inner resources, even in the midst of struggle. Rather than staying stuck in the problem, we gently guide individuals toward possibilities, goals, and small, achievable steps forward. This process helps those we support feel encouraged, capable, and supported as they move toward the changes they want to see in their lives.
